Korean and Japanese heavyweight fighters face off with pride.
Road FC will hold Goobne ROAD FC 063 on the 25th at Goyang Gymnasium. In the second part of the day, fighter Bae Dong-hyeon (38, Team Finish), a former soccer player, and Sekino Taisei (23, FREE) of Japan’s DEEP will face each other.
Ahead of the head-to-head match, Road FC produced and uploaded an interview video of the two players on its official YouTube channel.
In the video, Bae Dong-hyun showed the appearance of a family father by sending the children to school and dressing them himself. After spending time with the kids, he went to the gym and worked out with his students to prepare for competitions.
Bae Dong-hyun expressed his affection for the children, saying, “If there is no special schedule in the morning, I try to make them go to school myself. When I run the gym, I can’t get along with the kids much, so I try to take a lot of babies.”
Since this match is against Korea and Japan, Bae Dong-hyun is training extra hard. He visits the wrestling gym and prepares for his opponent while training wrestling.
“I am preparing not to play a boring game,” Bae Dong-hyun said, “I am preparing for the game with the thought of finishing it within one round, so please look forward to it.”

Meanwhile, Sekino Taisei also sent an interview video to Road FC and conveyed his feelings about the match.
Sekino Taisei said, “I’m looking forward to going to the big stage of Korea’s Road FC. Right now, I have no choice but to defeat Bae Dong-hyun. The opponent is also tough, so it will be a tough match, but in the end, Bae Dong-hyun is good at it. I will sink the fighter to the mat. I will conquer the Korean heavyweight division,” he showed confidence.
